With warm applause, the Factory Director took the stage to host the annual commendation conference, expressing sincere gratitude to all hard-working EURON staff and officially kicking off the wonderful conference.

The Chief Engineer and Design Manager took the stage to deliver speeches, sharing the company's technological breakthroughs and achievements in 2025 from the perspectives of technological R&D and production process optimization. They also put forward plans and directions for the upgrading of production technology and process improvement in 2026, laying a solid technological foundation for the company's production and development with professional strength.

总工吴恩用及设计经理吴振登台发言，从技术研发、生产工艺优化等方面，分享了 2025 年公司在技术层面的突破与成果，也针对2026 年生产技术升级、工艺改进提出了规划与方向，用专业力量为公司生产发展筑牢技术根基。

In a key session of the conference, the General Manager took the stage to deliver the 2025 annual summary report and outline the 2026 strategic plan.

The most exciting commendation session arrived as scheduled. General Manager Wu and General Manager Zhuang issued the 2025 year-end bonuses to all employees.
